Starting in 2012, the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) engaged us to take on the workload of operating their premiere outside-convention-hours gala event, which benefits one of their charitable partners, Corporate Angel Network (CAN).
Rotating between Orlando, FL and Las Vegas, NV the fundraising event has annually been held at the sixth-largest tradeshow in the country (NBAA-BACE), but had grown stale.
We entered the fold and became the central hub for planning, promoting, and executing the event, all the while keeping NBAA, CAN, and an Industry Planning Committee on-board and in the know.

While still operating this event today, we use a 7-month timeline every year to completely reassess the prior year, determine what the attending demographic wants improved in a charitable event, leverage a lean budget to the best of our abilities, and deliver an intricately choreographed evening (and promotional tasks leading up to it) which has raised millions of dollars over the past six years. Our value in this case study stems from the stakeholders not having the manpower to dedicate to an event that needs it, and our ability to coordinate all of the elements required of a 700-person Networking/Charity Gala.
